Granville homeowners trust Wingler Construction & Remodeling to honor the character of their homes while bringing them into the present — on budget, on time, and backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty.
We won’t stop until we have exceeded your expectations
Granville is one of Ohio’s most beautiful small towns — with historic homes, tree-lined streets, and a community that takes real pride in where it lives. Remodeling here isn’t just about updating a space. It’s about respecting what’s already there.
At Wingler Construction & Remodeling, we bring the same careful planning and quality craftsmanship to every Granville project — whether it’s a historic colonial, a Denison-area home, or a newer build outside of town. Clear communication, honest pricing, no surprises.
Bring a Granville kitchen up to date with smarter storage, better flow, and finishes that complement your home's existing style and character.
Tile, vanities, lighting, ventilation — bathrooms rebuilt to feel cleaner, brighter, and easier to use while fitting the feel of your Granville home.
Many Granville homes have unfinished lower levels with great potential. We turn unused space into comfortable, functional living area.
Period-appropriate or modern — we replace drafty windows to cut energy loss while honoring your home's look.
Better security and a tighter seal, with door styles that suit Granville's architectural character.
Proper installation, ventilation, and flashing — critical for Licking County homes that face full Ohio seasons.
Protect your foundation and landscaping from Ohio's wet seasons with properly sized and pitched gutters.
New siding adds curb appeal and durable protection — with material options that suit Granville's classic aesthetic.
Tell us what you’re planning—basement, kitchen, bathroom, or exterior—and we’ll map out next steps.
Sometimes the need to remodel isn’t about looks—it’s about how your home functions day to day. If any of these feel familiar, it may be time to update your space so it’s more comfortable, efficient, and easier to live in.

At Wingler, we take pride in turning basements into beautiful, lasting spaces that families love. Here’s why homeowners throughout Granville trust our team:
We handle every phase of the project — from moisture control and insulation to electrical, drywall, and trim work — ensuring your finished basement looks exceptional and performs well for years to come.
Most remodels fall in the 4–12 week range depending on scope. We outline a realistic timeline before work begins and keep you updated throughout so nothing catches you off guard.
Yes — structural, electrical, and plumbing work typically requires permits through Licking County or the Village of Granville. If your home is in a historic district, there may be additional review steps. Wingler handles all of this for you so the process stays smooth.
Absolutely — and it’s something we take seriously. We work with materials and methods that modernize function while preserving the architectural details that make Granville homes distinctive. We’ll walk you through options that respect both your home and your vision.
Costs vary by project and scope. Kitchen remodels typically run $20K–$60K+, bathrooms $8K–$30K+, and basements $15K–$50K+. Historic homes may require additional care and materials. We provide a detailed, itemized quote before anything starts — no surprises.
Granville is a highly desirable community with strong property values, especially near Denison University and the historic village center. Well-executed remodeling — especially kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior work — can significantly increase both appeal and resale value in this market.
Either way, we’d love to help you explore your options.
